Crooked in Canada II

There was a time when I wouldn’t waste my fingers tapping out a blog entry about this idiot, but since his arrest he’s kind of won me over. Hard to put my finger on why that is, but I’m going to suppose it’s because he’s an idiot, one that really has no concept of the kind of trouble he is in. Drew Peterson actually believes, despite the circumstantial evidence against him and the fact that his fourth wife has gone missing and is presumed dead, that he is going to get away with murder.

Little does he know though that anybody across the U.S. within earshot of a radio or television, including potential jury pool members, are listening to the BS he is spewing on talk shows, including his most recent appearance on the Mancow and Cassidy radio show . You know what, and in my opinion, I think he’s really pissing people off, including potential jurors, and especially women.

His nonchalant attitude, not to mention his arrogance,  is tainting the jury pool, don’t you think?

He certainly isn’t doing himself any favours in their eyes with his carrying on like he is some sort of celebrity. Do you agree?

I don’t know, I could be wrong about it, but I think Peterson is burying himself when it comes to the first of what I think is going to be two or more murder trials.  It’s only a matter of time before he is charged with the murder of his fourth wife, Stacy, who has been missing since the fall of 2007.

So the other day the “wife killer” made an appearance on a radio talk show, but from his jail cell.

Why anybody in radio or television would give him any airtime is beyond me, but Mancow did, and Peterson had quite the routine prepared for his appearance.

Yeah, I think Peterson rehearsed what he was going to say on Mancow over, and over again while wasting away in his jail cell.

He was right about one thing during his brief moment on the radio airwaves, he doesn’t have to make his face “all purrty” for the inmates; after all it isn’t his face they are going to “you-know-what”.

By the way, the should throw Peterson in with the general population while he is awaiting trial, you know, give him a little taste of what an ex-cop should expect to face when spending the rest of his life in prison.

Put him in “general”, and the smart alecky attitude will definitely be smacked out of him, don’t you think?

Win a conjugal visit with Drew…What woman in her right mind, his current fiancée excluded, would want to be left alone with this guy in public, let alone a prison with armed guards.

He doth thinketh highly of himself, doesn’t he?

Perhaps the judge should sentence him to serve his time in a prison for women when he is found guilty for murdering Kathleen Savio. I wonder how funny he will think he is then.
